The Federal States Territorial Jurisdiction

SECTION 1.The federal territory comprises of four major states (4) from the following states and 12 sub-states

1.MINDANAO

A. Barmm

B. Northern Mindanao

C. Davao

2. VISAYAS

A. Western

B. Central

C. Eastern

3. LUZON

A. Northern

B. Central

C. Southern

SECTION 2. FEDERAL STATE LAW ON ANTI GRAFT AND CORRUPTION.

a. Anyone guilty of corruption proven intentional loss of any amount from one centavo and above will have the same extreme punishment and cannot serve a second chance in any public office.

a. Sinuman ang mahuling nagnakaw mula sa isang sentabo pataas ay marapat na parusahan ng batas ng minimum na pagkakulong ng limang taon pataas at bayaran ang kanyang hindi maipaliwanag na nawala sa pundo ng bayan.

SECTION 3. FEDERAL STATE LAW ON ISSUANCE OF TRANSACTION RECEIPT.

a.The Federal State should not prioritize the hike of taxes instead lower it and regulate the legality of taxation by a compulsory issuance of official receipts to all commercial business entities. The seller and the buyer should take responsibility to secure and issue and failure of compliance should lead to severe punishment of not less than 3 years but not exceed to 5 years.

Hindi dapat na magtaas ng buwis an ating bagong gobyerno kundi dapat pa na ibaba at ipuwersa ang tamang pag issue ng mga resibo sa bawat establisimentong pangkalakalan.Ang tigapagbenta at tigapagbili ay may responsibilidad na magbigay at humingi ng resibo, at pareho silang sasagot sa batas sa anumang hindi pagtupad sa batas na ito.

SECTION 4.FEDERAL STATE LAW ON TRANSPARENCY

a. All kinds of transactions from the highest branch down the least local office must be and should be 100% transparent to all constituents in the area covered using the advance information technology that all funds available, unliquidated, surplus, other budgets, tax, incomes of livelihood projects. This law prohibits secret transactions of government officials.

Lahat ng klase ng transaksyon mula sa pinakamataas na departamento ng gobyerno pababa ay dapat 100% na bukas sa kaalaman ng ating mga kababayan sa bawat lokalidad, sa pamamagitan ng teknolohiya na lahat ng pundo ng gobyerno na meron kasalukuyan, nagamit na, hindi pa nagagamit, taxes o buwis.

SECTION 5. THE FEDERAL STATE LAW ON PROJECT GUIDELINE IMPLEMENTATION.

a. All kinds of projects infrastructures must be monitored and implemented by local unit or the barangay itself where projects is located guided by an independent committee to ensure proper implementation. This law must regulate the used of contractors and prohibit the use of firms owned by government officials.

Lahat ng proyekto ng gobyerno ay dapat na ang obligadong magimplemento kung saan ito itatatyo at itoy ginagabayan ng binuong komite, mula sa taumbayan, sa local na unit, at sa masmataas na unit o mula sa PEOPLE’S INITIATIVE COUNCIL COMMITTEE

SECTION 6. THE FEDERAL STATE LAW ON ESTABLISHING INDIGENOUS ANCESTRAL DOMAINS IN EVERY MUNICIPALITY OR BARANGAY. ESTABLISHING THEIR RIGHTS AND PRIVILLEGES

a. The strengthening of ties between tribes, ancestral origins which the Federal State should give special attention to prioritize their rights and assistance and budget requirements to establish their own community and also must have and office representation to every department of the state government dominance of their ownership to majority area of our country and all natural resources including air, trees, lands, pastures, waters, R.A 8371 ON IPRA LAW SECTION 1
